All of the production of Lops' beers happens right under the tasting room in the basement.   The brewery houses a Blichmann 3.5 barrel electric system (making Lops a nano brewery), four fermenting tanks, a walk-in cooler for our kegs and cans, and storage for our ingredients. 


We look to locally source and enjoy collaborating with other area small businesses whenever possible.  For example, the coffee in the Villa Novan Coffee Porter is from New Harvest Coffee Roasters in Pawtucket.  We also love that our spent grains go to feed local farm animals. 

Lops Brewing is a member the Rhode Island Brewers Guild and Sean, owner and head brewer (pictured to the left)  has presented at NanoCon, a conference geared towards supporting and developing Nano Breweries.
